What We Offer:
- Experienced Craftsmen make $60,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Base pay of $25 - $30/hr, plus commission
- Pay based on experience, productivity, and skill with future growth opportunities.

Where We Work and When:
- Most of our work falls between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We don’t schedule work on weekends. While we work hard to complete jobs on time and serve our clients with excellence, we also care about having a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include selling, designing, estimating and completing mid to large-sized home repairs, remodels, and additions. You will ensure quality work is completed on time and within budget to the satisfaction of the client. We will provide you with an apprentice to help you with the expectation you will lead, train and develop them. We will provide you with project leads and limit your active project to 1 or 2 so you can be focused and efficient without getting burned out. Projects involve collaboration with sales and design teams, estimating costs, managing timelines, performing and overseeing construction. Delivering excellence to the marketplace by sourcing the best materials, utilizing best practices and genuinely caring for our clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing - excelling in at least one of these three trades and basic knowledge in the others.
- Own all applicable tools
- Have a valid driver's license
Other Requirements:
- Be willing to work all year round, in all weather conditions.
- Must be capable of working on a ladder and lifting heavy tools/materials.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must wear our uniform shirts (they are provided).
- Must be able to use technology and systems for all business operations and customer communication.
- Must be timely and punctual.
Career Opportunities:
Master Craftsman - Level 3: $80,000 - $100,000
Craftsman - Level 2: $70,000 - $80,000
Lead Carpenter - Level 1: $60,000 - $70,000
Note: Each new employee begins at the Lead Carpenter level.
